✨ CONVENTION HIGHLIGHT ~ July 27th - August 2nd ✨

As the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. prepares for our 2025 Summer Convention in New Orleans, LA, one of the most highly anticipated components will be The Pastors’ Empowerment Network (The PEN). This year, The PEN presents The Progressive Pastoring Series, a dynamic three-part workshop designed to equip pastors with the tools, strategies, and insights to strengthen their ministries, navigate transitions and enhance the church experience.

➡️ A Three-Part Series for Transformational Leadership ⬅️
The Community Empowerment, Engagement & Economic Development session will explore how churches can maximize their facilities and establish impactful community programs. With a focus on sustainability, this discussion will provide essential tools for expanding ministry beyond Sunday services.

Transitioning & Succession will help pastors lead their churches through changes in leadership, membership, or location, ensuring a smooth and spiritually guided transition.

Systems & Methodology will focus on enhancing the worship and member experience through effective service flow, small group ministries, visitor follow-up, sermon planning, and technology integration.

In partnership with The SEED Agency, The PEN Town Hall will bring together Suffragan Bishops, District Elders, and Pastors for an open discussion on key issues within the PAW. Facilitated by the Presiding Bishop, 1st & 2nd Presiding Bishops, this forum will address concerns, share insights, and foster collaboration.
