LADIES!
This reminder, no matter how uncomfortable, and scary, and unsettling it is, get your mammograms. I have a very extensive family history of breast cancer and have to stay more vigilant than most, but early detection saves lives, so of course I get checked regularly, for me AND my boys. Just got my all clear 🙏🏻
It’s not fun, but it is important. That’s my public service message for the day. Now back to sports posts and pics of my kids 🤪

Jeanie was diagnosed with metastatic (stage 4) breast cancer earlier this year. The disease has spread to her liver, lungs, ribs, femur, spine and hips.
