The playground is ALMOST finished. We are waiting for one final piece and the swings.

The remaining dirt pile in the parking lot is up for grabs. First come, first served. If you want it, get it. Whatever is left when the playground is finished (hopefully by the end of the week) will be removed by the contractor.

As more residents and their pets enjoy walks throughout the neighborhood, the Board would like to share a few friendly reminders to help keep everyone safe.

Please remember to:

☆Keep dogs securely contained inside your home or within a properly fenced yard.

☆Ensure gates and doors are securely closed to prevent pets from escaping.

☆Use a leash that is appropriate for your dog's size, strength, and temperament whenever outside your property.

☆Remain attentive while walking your dog and avoid distractions so you can respond quickly to unexpected situations.

☆Ensure anyone walking your dog is capable of safely handling your dog should an unexpected situation arise.

If you encounter an aggressive or uncontrolled animal, prioritize your safety and the safety of others. If necessary, contact the Sheriff's Office or Animal Control to report the incident. If you or your pet are injured or suffer damages as a result of an incident, you may also seek appropriate medical, veterinary, or legal assistance.

Thank you for doing your part to help keep Wynbrooke a safe, friendly, and enjoyable community for everyone—both two-legged and four-legged.

Attention Neighbors of Wynbrooke:

Now that the July 4th holiday has passed, we’d like to remind everyone to please be respectful of our neighborhood and the shared amenities we all enjoy.

This morning, we unfortunately found damage and litter in the pool area. A trash can appears to have had fireworks set off inside it, fireworks debris landed in the wading pool, and trash was left behind in the parking lot. Incidents like these require staff and volunteers to spend additional time cleaning up and making repairs so the amenities remain safe and enjoyable for everyone.

As fireworks continue in some areas after the holiday, please remember that they should not be used in or around our neighborhood amenities. If you’re spending time in the common areas, please dispose of trash properly, clean up after yourself, and help keep these spaces safe and welcoming for all residents.

We all share these amenities, and we all benefit when they’re treated with care and respect. Thank you to everyone who does their part to help keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.

With the increasing temperatures this week, we expect more neighbors will be enjoying the pool to cool off. Before heading to the pool, please take a moment to review the community pool rules.

To help ensure the pool is reserved for Wynbrooke residents and their guests, all patrons must have:
• A working pool key card
• A valid photo ID showing proof of Wynbrooke residency
(NOTE: This rule has been in effect since the beginning of last pool season. The pool staff have just been inconsistent in enforcing it, so we apologize for any inconvenience, however this is an important rule to make sure we are limiting pool use to Wynbrooke residents and their guests only.)

If you do not have both a working key card and a photo ID with proof of residency, you will be denied entry.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep the pool safe and enjoyable for everyone. Have a great week, and stay cool!

In light of today's severe storm forecast, the pool is now closed for the day (Wednesday 6/17/26). We apologize for any inconvenience, but the safety of pool staff and residents takes priority! Stay safe today and let's hope the forecast is hyped and it doesn't get as bad as they say it could!

Installation of the new playground is tentatively scheduled to begin on June 24, 2026. Expect construction related equipment, vehicles, noise, etc. and for the pool parking lot to be partially obstructed by workers. Some temporary inconveniences will have to be endured for the removal of the old playground and installation of the new one. The swings will be repaired during this time as well. We expect the entire process to take approximately one week. Everyone's patience is appreciated during this time, and we look forward to presenting you with an updated playground soon!

Remember this summer if your pool card doesn't work, you need to contact Omni! See details below.
