Local Pastors + Church Leaders! Opportunity for you!
When it comes to your church, are you frustrated by your lack of mobilization? Do you have people you want to see doing ministry but aren't doing ministry? Do your people feel apathetic about missions? Would you like to be sending people on mission trips, but you don't have resources? Do you want to send a team from your church, but you don't know how to get it organized?
If that's you, we are creating space for a free church leaders' dinner on Thursday, January 25th from 6-8pm. We have a resource for you! There are no strings attached. We're not asking for support or finances, but we want to provide you with a resource to help equip you and your people for the missions field, both locally and globally.

We know ministry can be draining. That's one of the reasons we started the Back40 Conference - so you can be refreshed, encouraged, and equipped! This is a safe space to come worship without responsibility, be prayed over without judgment, share joys and sorrows, and really... just not have to worry about being the leader for a few days. We would LOVE for you to join us this August 4th and 5th at Summit Church! We'll have guest speakers, breakout sessions, a lunch, and opportunities to meet others who are ministering in rural areas just like you. You can register at http://back40.network

Pastor Jim Hennesy is our guest for this year’s Back40 Network Conference. Ps Jim is a pastor of pastors, a leader of leaders, and a seeker of God’s heart.

With over 3 decades of pastoral ministry experience, he is the Lead Pastor of the preaching / teaching ministry and chief steward of God’s vision for Trinity Church in Cedar Hill, TX.

Jim believes the value of people to God cannot be overstated. This is why his motto is ‘People are the Purpose.’ Regardless of race, background, age, or social class, God’s heart always moves toward the people for whom Jesus gave His life for.

We are so excited for you to hear what God has put on Ps Jim’s heart for all of you this year at Back40. We promise you do not want to miss it. It’s not too late to join us this weekend. Register at http://back40.network
