🚀 WALMART SUPERCHARGES COMMUNITY IMPACT! 🚀

We are thrilled to announce that Walmart is expanding its national partnership with our First Responder Kits4Kids initiative, launching a multi-city tour to deliver specialized crisis trauma kits to six new major metropolitan areas:

📍 Houston, TX

📍 New Orleans, LA

📍 San Bernardino, CA

📍 Memphis, TN

📍 San Antonio, TX

📍 Dallas, TX

When emergency personnel answer high-stress calls, children on the scene are often left navigating severe fear and anxiety. These specialized Kits4Kids units give police officers, firefighters, and EMS teams an immediate, tactical tool featuring over 12 curated play therapy, first aid, and youth hygiene items designed to de-escalate trauma and establish trust right on the scene.

This latest six-city rollout marks an extraordinary milestone. To date, this dynamic collaboration has successfully distributed over 8,000 crisis kits to 34 first responder agencies across the United States!

Every year, thousands of 911 calls involve children — whether they’re the ones dialing for help or standing nearby as first responders arrive. In those critical moments, kids are often overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of what to do. But how can we help them cope during emergencies?

That’s where First Responder Kits4Kids steps in. This incredible organization equips first responders with specially designed distraction kits to comfort and support children during emergencies — providing not just diversion but a sense of safety in a moment that may feel anything but safe.

Tyler Technologies is honored to work with them this year to sponsor 500 kits that will go directly into the hands of first responders to help them bring calm, comfort, and care to children when they need it most.

A National Ripple Effect: From Wingate, NC to Frisco, TX 🚔📦

First Responders Kits4Kids believes that protecting our children takes a village, and on April 16th, that village spanned over 1,000 miles.

Students from Wingate University came together to assemble 300 First Responder Kits4Kids, a specialized tool designed to provide "distraction therapy" for children in crisis. Thanks to a generous sponsorship from Tyler Technologies, these kits are headed directly to the Frisco Police Department in Texas.

Tyler Technologies commitment to building "smarter, safer, and stronger communities" means that Frisco First Responders now have a specialized tool to bring peace and play to children in crisis situations.

By equipping Frisco’s officers with these kits, we are helping them calm children, distract them, and build vital relationships during their most vulnerable moments.

April 16th is going to be a special day.

We are incredibly grateful to Tyler Technologies for their heart for the community. Because of their sponsorship, Wingate University students will come together to assemble 300 First Responder Kits4Kids.

These special trauma kits will be placed in the patrol cars of the Frisco Police Department, in Frisco, TX. ensuring that every officer has the tools they need to bring a sense of play and peace to a child in a traumatic moment.
