Soul 139 Ministries

2025 was an incredible year for Soul 139 Ministries.
God moved in ways that left me in awe and so deeply proud of what we are doing together as a ministry.

Here are just a few of my favorite moments from this year:

• We were able to help with blessing two families with vehicles, one in the United States and one in Guatemala, giving them reliable transportation and new opportunities.

• We provided many families with new cooking stoves, allowing them to cook safely and breathe clean air in their homes without toxic fumes.

• We distributed water filters to families who now have access to clean, safe drinking water — something that truly saves lives.

• We blessed many children with brand-new beds, giving them a safe and comfortable place to rest.

• We gave hundreds of children new clothing. Smiles were everywhere as these kids joyfully received their gifts.

• We distributed hundreds of pairs of shoes. In Guatemala, shoes are a status symbol — and now these children felt important, confident, and like they truly belonged. Some even told us, “Now I’m a cool kid.”

• We provided hundreds of bags of food to families. Malnourishment is heartbreaking in Guatemala, and we were honored to put food on tables and help nourish families.

• We were able to build a brand-new home for a family, giving them a safe place to sleep and live without fear of being asked to leave.

• We blessed hundreds of children in the hospital with presents, clothing, and necessities and left clothing for newborn babies.

• We also blessed entire villages with food and gifts for the elderly, making sure no one was forgotten.

Above all, we give God all the glory. Every dollar, every donation, and every opportunity came from Him. He supplied every need so we could help His people.

Thank you to every single person who gave, prayed, and believed in this mission. Because of you and because of God, lives were truly changed in 2025. Thank you Lord for allowing us to be your hands and feet.

This is why we do what we do. Serving in Guatemala is a privilege. When you see people drinking water like this, it makes us want to cry. While diarrhea and vomiting are the most commonly reported symptoms of waterborne illness, other symptoms can include skin, ear, respiratory, or eye problems and even death. But we can change this! For $50 we can purchase a water filter for these people. We can give them life by giving them clean water.
