Guess who’s back… back again…
Katie’s back… tell a friend. 🎤👏

And honestly… we’re pretty pumped about it.

Katie Guiler is back for her second year on the PTO and continues to be the magic behind so much of our social media! From corporate marketing by day to PTO posting by night, she helps keep our Timberwolf families connected, informed, and in the know.

She’s a mom of three, a huge supporter of our school, and one of the people helping make ITES such a special place for our Timberwolves. Basically… if it looks cute online, there’s a solid chance Katie had something to do with it. 😉

😂🐾 FRIDAY AT THE TRAIL: ABSOLUTELY UNHINGED.

Our first Door Dads showed up this morning as the official Dad Joke Pit Crew and WOW… the commitment to terrible jokes was impressive. The kids got high fives, big smiles, and jokes so corny we’re pretty sure at least three ears of corn filed a complaint. 🌽😂

To our Door Dads: thank you for showing up early, bringing the energy, and proving that apparently no joke is too bad before 7:30 AM.

AND THEN… because one good thing clearly wasn’t enough for one Friday…

🍎 OUR TEACHERS GOT THEIR FIRST DUTY-FREE LUNCH! 🙌

A giant thank you to every parent and volunteer who signed up to make it happen. You gave our teachers the rare and luxurious experience of… sitting down and eating their lunch. Revolutionary. Groundbreaking. Practically a spa day. 😂

No monitoring tiny humans. No opening seventeen ketchup packets. No reminding someone that mashed potatoes are, in fact, food and not finger paint.

Just lunch. Peaceful, beautiful lunch. 💛

Today was exactly what PTO is supposed to feel like — families showing up, teachers feeling loved, kids starting their day smiling, and grown men confidently telling jokes that should probably have stayed in the group chat.

10/10 Friday. No notes. 🐺

🐾 A LOT IS HAPPENING BEHIND THE SCENES… 💛

While our Timberwolves are settling into a new school year, your PTO Board, Members at Large, and school team have been busy too!

We’ve been meeting, planning, reaching out to community partners, organizing volunteers, dreaming up family events, working on staff appreciation, and finding new ways to make this year special for our students and staff.

And after our board meeting this week, one thing is very clear:

We are SO excited about what’s ahead. 🙌

Some plans are already in motion. Some surprises are still under wraps. And a whole lot of heart is going into making this a year our Pack can be proud of.

The best part? None of this happens because of just a few people. It happens when families, staff, volunteers, community partners, and our school all work together.

This year is just getting started, Timberwolves. 🐺

🍩 MONDAY = SAVED. 🙌

A HUGE thank you to Jessica from Dunkin’ for absolutely showing up for our amazing staff this morning with Munchkins, donuts, Refreshers AND Dunkin’ swag! 🧡💗

Because if there was ever a Monday that called for a little extra caffeine and sugar… it’s THIS one. 😂

Today is also Kindergarten’s first full day with ALL of their new friends together, so we’re pretty sure our staff deserved every single sprinkle, sip, and ounce of caffeine they could get. 🤪

Jessica, thank you for continuing to love on our Timberwolf staff and helping us start the week off on the sweetest possible note!

🐺 DOOR DADS ARE BACK! 🐺🚗

We’re kicking off our first Door Dads morning of the year on Friday, September 4 — and this month’s theme is:

DAD JOKE PIT CREW 😂🏁

We need dads, grandpas, uncles, bonus dads, and other awesome father figures to help us start Friday morning with a little extra energy — and make drop-off feel a little less like a wreck. 😂

Report to the front doors at 6:55 AM and you’ll be done by 7:30 AM.

Your job? Open car doors, cheer on our Timberwolves, welcome students with a smile, help keep that morning line moving, and deliver as many painfully good dad jokes as possible.

Think: morning car line meets pit crew — just with more chaos and much worse jokes. 😆

No special skills required. No pit-stop experience necessary. Terrible jokes encouraged.

Help us make drop-off a little smoother, give our students a fun start to the day, and remind them that their whole Pack is cheering them on.
