We are so grateful for The Caring Foundation’s continued support!

Summer is almost over, so we’re reminiscing about one of our favorite summer staples: camp! Last month, our team got to stop by The Smartplay’s last day of Camp P.E.A.K. Hosted at three different sites, this camp rotates between the classroom and various outdoor sports to increase students’ academic and athletic performance, attitude and knowledge. On the final day of camp, the three camp locations come together for a day of friendly competition and fun.

We can’t wait to see what next year’s camp brings for students!

Potential is everywhere. Opportunity isn't.

The SMARTPLAY is closing that gap by giving students the tools they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. Through our Camp P.E.A.K. program, participants averaged 5.8 months of growth in reading while gaining confidence that carries into every school day.

Your generosity makes these opportunities possible.

Every August, students return to school hoping for a successful year. We believe success doesn't happen by chance. It happens when students are prepared academically, encouraged personally, challenged physically, and surrounded by people who believe in them.

That’s exactly what The SMARTPLAY provides.

Every donation expands our reach. It allows us to serve more students, strengthen our programs, and ensure even more youth have the opportunity to make the smart play - in school, in sports, and in life.

The results are in…🎉

A summer filled with academic growth, confidence gained, friendships made, and new opportunities.

Now that’s something to celebrate!

The PEAK Games 🏆

It is more than just games and friendly rivalries, it’s the celebration of everything our students worked toward all summer.

Every challenge represented lessons learned, confidence gained, friendships built, and countless moments of growth both on and off the field.

This is what it means to Cover All the Bases - developing students through sports, academics, and character.

What. A. Day.

We’re tired, but our hearts are so full.

There’s no better way to wrap up Camp P.E.A.K. than bringing all of our students together to celebrate, compete, and showcase everything they’ve worked so hard on throughout the month.

To our incredible staff, volunteers, students, families, and sponsors—thank you. Your support, dedication, and belief in our mission made this summer a tremendous success.

More recap coming soon… after we take the weekend to catch up on some much-needed rest. 😴
