Big changes are happening at The Body Art Empire, and honestly, they’re happening for all the right reasons. 💕
Between supporting my mom through doctor appointments, being fully present for my three babies (who start Erlanger Lions next month 🎉), mentoring 12 business owners across the United States, running a growing tattoo shop, here soon the podcast The Becoming Era and wearing all the other hats that come with entrepreneurship, I’ve realized something important:
I cannot pour from an empty cup.
This season of life is teaching me that being a strong leader doesn’t mean doing everything yourself. It means knowing when to build a team you trust so you can continue showing up as the best version of yourself for the people who need you most.
That’s why I’ve decided to hire even more help.
Our new social media manager starts next week, and I’ve also hired a booking assistant who will be helping with phones, messages, and appointments starting next week. The amount of calls and texts we receive every day is truly incredible, and while I’m beyond grateful for the support, I know I can’t continue carrying it all alone while still being present for my family and my own well-being.
One thing I’ll never stop being proud of is making sure my team stays busy. My artists are consistently booking into the following month because I firmly believe it’s my responsibility as a shop owner to help create opportunities for the people who trust me with their careers. When one of us wins, we all win.
Because of that growth, we’re now looking to expand even more.
✨ We are hiring 1–2 experienced tattoo artists to join Ether & Aura Aesthetics and Rhain & Roses Tattoo Co. here at The Body Art Empire. Whether that means taking on another suite or welcoming the right artist into our current space, we’re ready for the next chapter.
