UCAM (United Communities Against Meth) Prevention of Youth Substance Abuse in Polk County, OR

United Communities Against M**h (UCAM) is a program that works with Polk County youth to prevent further trends of drug abuse and addiction from occuring in the greater Polk County area. By partnering with the Monmouth/Independence YMCA, Western Oregon University, the Dallas Clothing Shelter, Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), the Independence Police Department, the Monmouth Police Department, and other law enforcement agencies, UCAM has been able to reach many youth in need of help.
