Boy Scout Troop 4 - Independence, Kansas A small Boy Scout troop based in Independence Kansas. We try to go camping once a month. We meet every Monday.

Some activities we do are mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, hiking, and camping.

The troop will be doing a kayaking campout at Big Hill lake. Bring life jackets if you have them. More details will come later.
Also reminder scout camp is in be month away. Make sure you have you physical completed and turned into a scout leader soon and have a locking scout box.

Great campout this weekend at Fall River State Park. We worked on scout skills, had a fire competition using flint and steel, performed a service project staining some tables for the park, and the boys had fun riding their bikes all over.
