Good afternoon Right Worshipfuls, Worshipfuls, Wardens, Brethren;

I wanted to inform you that the meeting for 1/20/25 has been cancelled due to cold weather and a few cancellations from fellow brethren. McDonald Lodge #324's bylaws, Section 1.30, allow for a special communication to be called at the discretion of the master with notice being provided via e-mail/social media/Grand Lodge site. I have contacted the Temple Manager to inquire if 2/3/25 can be utilized for a special communication. I will follow up with everyone in due course.

Additionally, February 17, 2025 is McDonald Lodge #324's official visit. I am requesting that my officers let me know that they will be there. We will also be practicing between now and then, so stay tuned for practice information.

Thank you for your understanding, and confirming in advance that you will be at our official visit.

With respect to the announcement of the MoChip event being held on 1/18/2025 at one of our regular stated meetings and within one of these e-newsletters, the deadline for volunteers to sign up in 12/31/24. If you do not take action and inform Brother Wiss [[email protected]] that you are planning to assist at the Bridger High School MoChip event on 1/18/25 at 8:00 P.M., and you show up non-registered - you will be turned away. We take security of these events seriously, and as such, are requesting that you sign up to volunteer.

I'd like to first start of with thanking everyone that was able to attend the St. John day event [28 people!]. A good time was had by all. The decision for the coat and toy drive will be determined shortly, and the results will be announced at our next regular communication. On that note:

December 16: Regular stated communication with fellowship beginning at 6:30pm, and 7:00pm Lodge and business. We should have an interested candidate, so if you'd like to come and meet Bryan, their is an opportunity. Additionally, we will have a card to sign for RWB Pirtle.

December 18: Lodge of Instruction at Summit Lodge: Lee's Summit MO: 6:30pm. We may caravan from Our Lodge to there, so voice to me if you are interested in doing the same so we can get a nice group to go together assembled.

December 27, 2024: Preparation of the Temple building for painting in the downstairs area begins, and continues all weekend until complete. Brother David Taylor is donating the paint, and Brother Shawn Stark is helping. Your assistance with the same is desired, but never expected.

January 15, 2025: Lodge of Instruction at Christian Lodge

January 20, 2025: Regular Stated communication with fellowship beginning at 6:30pm, and 7:00pm Lodge and business.

Mcdonald Lodge #324's Official Visit is February 17, 2025. Please keep this in mind and mark your Calendar.

February 19, 2025 - Final Lodge of Instruction at Raytown Lodge

The Grand Master's Youth Charity Breakfast is being held on 05 October, 2024 from 9:00am-11:30am at 903 Harrison St. (903 Harrison Street, Kansas City, MO 64106). Please let me know by Monday September 30, if you would like to go and we can get the reservation situated.

McDonald Lodge #324's next regular stated communication will be October 21, 2024 with fellowship beginning at 6:30pm & meeting at 7:00pm.
November regular stated communication will be November 18, 2024, same as above.

In the spirit of aiding in charity and volunteer work - the Annual MoCHIP/Shriners Circus event will be held 11/21/24 through 11/24/24. The event is always successful, but that is because Brethren come together for a common goal.

To all those who attended McDonald Lodge 2024-2025 installation, a BIG THANK YOU!!

We will be posting pictures from the same in due course.

We would also like to inform that Junior Warden Clifton Printy has resigned from Junior Warden, and that we will be holding an election Monday August 19, 2024.

Fellowship begins at 6:30pm and Regular Communication at 7:00pm.

Please plan to attend.

We hold meetings the Third Monday of each month, barring Grand Lodge (September 15-17th, 2024, no regular meeting, Grand Lodge for those who registered).
