Young Latino Professionals of Kansas City Building community. Advancing careers. Empowering Latino leaders. Join us as we grow juntos—professionally and personally

We connect, develop, and uplift Latino professionals through networking, mentorship, and purposeful programming. Young Latino Professionals (YLP) is a network of more than 350 passionate individuals from all backgrounds and various industries who come together to shape their communities while developing as leaders. YLP was the brainchild the Greater Kansas City Hispanic Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works to create opportunities that may have been previously unexplored by young Latino professionals in Greater Kansas City. Through their efforts, our organization was formed to connect leaders and positively impact communities. YLP provides opportunities for young leaders to engage with like-minded peers through social and professional networking, philanthropic outreach and professional development. Our organization recognizes that Greater Kansas City’s professional community is constantly growing and so are we! New ideas and members are always welcome in YLP.

Introducing Cafecito con YLPKC, a monthly gathering created for honest conversations, meaningful connections, and the shared experiences that shape us both personally and professionally.

Each month, we’ll gather around a different conversation from navigating impostor syndrome to bringing our whole selves to work, leading without a title, and building financial confidence.

Our first conversation: “Do I Belong Here?” - Impostor Syndrome

Bring your experiences, your questions, and of course, your cafecito! See you October 3rd!

☕️ Every 1st Saturday | 11 AM
