Lake Tahoe Wall of Fame A page for wildlife advocates in and near Truckee and Lake Tahoe

This Wall is to recognize and honor those people and businesses who go beyond the norm in protecting the majestic wildlife of the Truckee, the Tahoe Basin and it's environs. This is a page for wildlife advocates and lovers of nature, who want to improve our ecosystem and support our wildlife. This Wall has special focus on those animals who are most maligned, especially bears and cougars, but it is a page for all wildlife.

Come in for a pet portrait session this fall and share your love for animals!

I’m partnering with Pet Network Lake Tahoe to raise funds for its animal rescue programs. The session fee will be donated. To showcase your furry friend’s personality, you can purchase wall art, albums, holiday cards, and more from gorgeous, timeless photos you will love.

Bring costumes (spooky or otherwise) or props such as Santa hats, bandanas, or toys, if you like.

Memorial Day - a day to honor our fallen heroes

First called Decoration Day and dating to before the Civil War, the holiday became official in the North in 1868. The name Memorial Day was first used in 1882, which became official after WW II. In 1968 Congress changed Memorial Day from May 30th to the last Monday in May.
