Tentative Court Decision
The Imperial County Superior Court issued a tentative decision on the concerns regarding the proposed data center project near local residential neighborhoods.
The Court found substantial evidence that the project could have significant impacts related to energy, water, wastewater, air quality, fire safety, noise, traffic, public services, and cumulative growth.
The City says the goal has always been to support responsible economic development while ensuring residentsā concerns and potential community impacts are fully evaluated.
