We love being part of our community! So excited for the future of this vital resource.

Exciting news! JCL-Windsor has recently acquired a soundproof booth thanks to the Jefferson County Library Foundation, available now for patron use. This versatile space can be utilized for anything from a quiet study room to a private meeting area. We encourage patrons to take advantage of this community resource as a convenient place to meet in a neutral environment. Visit the Windsor branch to try it out yourself!

This project is funded by The Jefferson Foundation.

LOOK WHAT GOD HAS DONE...
We set out every October to raise the funding we believe necessary to be able to assist our unhoused neighbors during the upcoming Winter season.
God knew what we would need and once again supplied for our mission. We raised a total of $12,440 for our Winter Outreach and spent $12,330.02 on emergency hotel nights. WOW! All glory to God for meeting that BIG need!

Laundry available Tuesday & Thursday. Be sure to register.

Wow! This week has flown by and we have had a lot of excitement! With a record high attendance at our lunch Tuesday, our Director being recognized and now we are going to roll out Loads of Love Laundry!!! That's right our laundry room is up and running and ready to roll!

We will begin laundry service next Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Sign up will be mandatory for our neighbors. We can do 1 load per person as of this moment. We will use our discretion if there is time to do a second load. We have been so blessed to have been given grant funds by The Arnold Rotary club to purchase a new washer and dryer! So happy to be up and running and able to offer this to our neighbors in need. This is for anyone who needs to do laundry! We know the expense can be a burden, we know things break, we are happy to provide this to our community!

It was a BIG month for Cornerstone Mission!

In January 2026-
*We made 73 unhoused connections.
*Provided 67 hotel nights for a total $5350.51.
*Served a hot meal at 4 locations(Desoto, Festus, Arnold, & High Ridge) across the county last week on a frigid evening.

God has blessed us so richly to be able to serve the hurting in Jefferson County, MO.
I wanted to personally say THANK YOU to everyone who has donated, volunteered, and prayed for our mission so far this year.
May God continue to use Cornerstone Mission to help & encourage His children.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!
Our community’s main overnight shelter is currently closed, and with this dangerous cold snap, people are being left with nowhere safe to sleep.
Cornerstone Mission has so many unhoused neighbors reaching out for hotel rooms this week. Our funding has taken a big hit the last few days and we urgently need donations for hotels in order to keep people out of these life-threatening conditions.
If you’re able to donate or share this post, please do. This is about warmth, safety, and survival—right now.
As always, 100% of donations go directly to meet needs.
