We love getting out into our community and pouring into the next generation. 💪🇺🇸

Reps 4 Vets isn’t just about serving veterans, law enforcement, and first responders—it’s about inspiring health, confidence, and resilience in our youth as well.

It was an honor to be invited to Mulberry Elementary for a fun fitness day with Pre-K through 8th grade. The energy, effort, and smiles from these kids were incredible. We had just as much fun as they did!

This is how we build stronger communities.

As this year comes to a close, we want to thank every veteran, family member, donor, partner, and supporter who stood with us.

This mission doesn’t stop.
The program isn’t paused.
The work continues.

You may see less of us online for a short time, but behind the scenes we’re still training, mentoring, showing up, and walking alongside veterans and their families every day.

If you need support, resources, or want to be part of the program, we’re still here.
Quiet doesn’t mean inactive.

We’re moving forward with purpose and staying locked in on what matters most: service, brotherhood, and life after service.

Thank you for standing with us.
Onward into the next year.

God Bless and have a happy New Year!

As the new year approaches, motivation will come and go.

Determination is what stays when things get hard.

At Reps 4 Vets, we see this verse lived out every day. Progress doesn’t happen all at once. It comes from showing up, doing the work, and trusting that consistency matters even when you don’t see immediate results.

“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9

Every rep, every step, every choice to keep going is part of that work.

This Christmas, we celebrate with gratitude — and we remember those who can’t be with us.

Those we’ve lost.
Those who are far from home.
Those carrying heavy battles that don’t always show on the surface.

If this season feels hard, you’re not alone. Help and support are available.

This holiday season, we connected with Veteran Village of San Diego, who are now supporting veterans here in the Imperial Valley.

Veteran Village helps veterans experiencing or at risk of homelessness by providing employment-focused support, including case management and fast-track vocational and technical training. Services are tailored case by case, based on each veteran’s experience and goals.

Training opportunities may include:
• Security guard certification (with or without firearm)
• Medical assistant pathways
• Trades such as electrician or EMT (as partnerships become available)

Veteran Village covers the cost of fees associated with these certifications to help remove financial barriers.

Eligibility requirements include:
• DD214 (anything but dishonorable discharge)
• At least one day of active duty (not including basic or initial training)
• Social Security card
• Valid state ID or driver’s license

Typical turnaround:
In some cases, veterans may begin training in less than a month.

Resources like this matter — especially during the holidays. If you’re a veteran in the Imperial Valley who needs support or knows someone who does, help is available.

This holiday season, Reps 4 Vets is working with the Humane Society and Imperial County Behavioral Health to help place trained dogs with veterans who need them.

Right now, we’re raising funds to sponsor a dog like Grizmo for a veteran in our program.
The cost is $500 for adoption and $4,000 for training — expenses Reps 4 Vets covers to make sure the dog and veteran are set up for success.

When you support Reps 4 Vets — through donations or merch sales — you’re helping us do more than fund our workout program. You’re helping us give veterans companionship, structure, and support through programs like this.

We’re typically at the mall on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., sharing our mission and supporting Imperial County Behavioral Health and the Humane Society’s adoption efforts.

Thank you for continuing to support veterans and the animals who help them heal. Happy holidays.

Thanks to your generosity, we were able to buy 7 pairs of shoes yesterday — but we’re not at our goal yet.

There are still local kids waiting for a new pair of shoes this Christmas, and every dollar helps us reach them.

Donate through the link in our bio or bring cash donations to any 4:13 Fitness location.

Let’s keep going.
