Ocean Blue is involved in a number of community projects. We are installing new dog bag dispensers in Imperial Beach. We are establishing a compost program at the Tijuana River Valley Community Garden. Ocean Blue is also working to convince the US Navy to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for their proposed increase in helicopter training operations at Navy Outlying Field Imperial Beach.
