For 70 years, the United Methodist Church
at 455 Palm Avenue
served Imperial Beach
with compassion and courage.
In 2018,
that legacy grew into the
Imperial Beach Neighborhood Center —
a place committed to serving the least of these
with food, dignity, and hope.
Now the old campus is coming down,
making way for a new future:
affordable housing for low‑income seniors
and a new IB Neighborhood Center
that will expand the work this community depends on.
