What if some of the experiences we try hardest to protect young people from are actually the ones that help them grow?

Kerry has been an integral part of the Boojum community for many years, serving in a variety of roles with passion, dedication, and a deep commitment to experiential education. Her knowledge of our programs, our team, and our mission makes her a natural fit for this leadership position.

As Staff & Training Coordinator, she will lead our hiring, onboarding, and staff development efforts. Her commitment to supporting others, fostering growth, and creating meaningful learning experiences reflects the heart of Boojum.
