Available for adoption after August 28th: Meet Mr Lucky!
He is the highlight in the life of an elderly lady who recently had to move to an apartment without a garden. Mr Lucky is used to a fine fenced backyard which he could easily access through his doggy door. His owner is getting frail and it is extremely difficult for her to take him on walks. She wants the best life for her beloved Mr Lucky and wirh a vwry heavy heart decided to find him a home where he once again has a nice fenced back yard, and a family who loves him, of course. He is between 2 and 3 years old, and neutered. Could lose some weight, lol. I would assume he is some kind of pug-chihuahua mix; supposedly, he has some beagle heritage, but who knows!? He is cute as a button!

Meet Ollie! His mom recently moved to a smaller place, and ever since, the dynamic among her cats has changed. Ollie feels crowded and gets grumpy with the other cats, and is just miserable around them (they have been great together at their bigger house!) Ollie's owner tried everything; she even asked the vet for advice who prescribed a calming medication. Ollie gets really sleepy and listless when he is taking it, though. His owner feels Ollie would be much happier being a single cat! Here is what she says about him:
"Loves pets, play and food. Lap cat. Daily brushing to prevent hairballs. Eats canned food twice a day with a treat at bedtime. Loves his scratching post and soft toys, especially with catnip."
