S.E Idaho Parkinson's Outreach

S.E Idaho Parkinson's Outreach We are a support group, medication outreach and transportation provider to SCL for drug trials and research programs. You will never be turned away.

We are a Parkinson's support group in the Idaho Falls Area. We are currently setting up monthly meetings in and around the area. Our group is open to anyone with Parkinson's as well as friends and family members. Beyond support groups, we also have a medication outreach program and a transportation program to get people intersted in trials and research to and from SLC. We are here to help you.

I wanted to take a moment to say hello to all of you. My name is Robin and I've been helping out my friend Joe as admin on the SIPS page. I don't have Parkinson's disease but I am a supporter. I regret to inform all of you Joe passed away last month and left me with his page. I feel it should be run by someone more involved in the Parkinson's community so please contact me if you think this is something you'd be interested in. I'd love to see his work continue. He believed in this cause. He went to Washington every year to lobby for Parkinson's rights and did a lot of work with the Michael J fox foundation and I'd love to see the work continue. If you think this fits you and you'd like to be in charge of this page please contact me. In the meantime please wish Joe a beautiful Afterlife. I'm sure he would say something funny before he said goodbye so I will leave you with a few of his words because I'm not a funny girl :-) "all we have is right now!" Rest in peace Joe Prophett 🙏 💔
