This is a nine-month program running September 2026 through June 2027, meeting the second Wednesday of every month. It's built for anyone ready to grow as a leader, whether you're stepping into a new role, looking to sharpen your skills, or wanting to connect with other leaders across East Idaho.

Registration for the 2026-2027 Leadership Experience is open, and seats are filling ahead of our September 2nd kickoff.

Over nine months, you'll go behind the scenes of the community you live and work in. Exclusive site visits to the businesses that power our area, real connections with the leaders shaping it, and a group of people just as invested in East Idaho as you are.

The program meets the second Wednesday of each month, September through June. Spots are limited, so don't wait to claim yours!
