IMPORTANT DETAILS:
👉 Vouchers are first come, first served. You or a designated representative must be present to receive one. Vouchers are NOT available by phone, email, Facebook, or any other method.
🐱 Cats: Limit 2 vouchers per household. $40 cash copay per spay or neuter. This program is for socialized cats/kittens only, not community/feral cats. Cats must be at least 2 months old to be fixed.
🐶 Dogs: Limit 1 voucher per household. $110 spay / $95 neuter. Dogs must be under 8 years old. Our veterinary partner cannot accept French or English Bulldogs. Dogs must be at least 2 months old to be fixed.
😲 Remember that a 4-month-old kitten can potentially get pregnant, and a 6-month-old puppy can potentially get pregnant.
💙 The program is intended to help those who could use financial assistance, but no eligibility documentation is required.
📅 No need to make a veterinary appointment! Appointments have already been reserved, and you will select from available dates when receiving your voucher. Appointments for this campaign are scheduled for late Oct. or early Nov. You do NOT need to bring your pet to the voucher release. A friend or family member may attend for you, but they must know which appointment dates you are available.
💵 CASH ONLY. Copays are due when registering for your voucher. Please bring exact cash, as change is not available. Credit/debit cards, Venmo, and checks cannot be accepted. Copays are non-refundable, including if you miss your appointment.
❓ Questions should be directed to EISNC through Facebook or Messenger. BIGG has generously donated the use of its facility but cannot answer questions about the voucher program.
❤️ This voucher release is made possible through the State of Idaho Pet Friendly License Plate grant program! We are incredibly grateful to the thousands of Idahoans who pay the additional fee for Pet Friendly License Plates. Those dollars return to organizations like EISNC through grants that help families and individuals in our region access affordable spay and neuter services.
Thank you for helping make spay and neuter accessible in East Idaho!
