Meet Colin Israelsen, Account & Finance Manager at the Idaho Falls Family YMCA! 💙

Colin brings a background in Business Analytics and a strong understanding of financial management and data-driven decision-making to his work at the Y.

He is skilled at using tools including Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and QuickBooks to organize information, analyze data, and help support strong financial systems.

Outside of work, Colin enjoys spending time with his wife, bowling, sports, and getting outdoors—and he recently stepped into an exciting new role outside the office: new dad!

We’re grateful to have Colin helping keep the behind-the-scenes work of the Y moving forward.

Pass. Set. Serve. Grow. 🏐

YMCA Youth Volleyball gives players ages 8–17 a supportive place to learn the game and build their skills. Players work on passing, setting, serving, communication, cooperation, and team play through instruction and games.

Divisions include:
• Ages 8–10
• Ages 11–13
• Ages 14–17

Winter Sports registration is open through November 6.
🏅 Season: December 7–February 13

YMCA Child Watch provides a safe, supervised place for children to play while parents and caregivers use the Y.

Whether you are taking a class, lifting weights, getting in some cardio, or simply making time for your own wellness, your kids can stay nearby in a safe environment.

Child Watch Hours:
Monday–Friday
10:00AM-1:00PM
4:00PM–8:00 PM

Child Watch is available for children ages 2–10 and is included with YMCA membership. Day-pass options are available for nonmembers.

Sometimes our members say it best. 💙

After working out at several big-name gyms around Idaho Falls, Raul gave the YMCA a try—and what stood out most was the people.

Ageless Grace is a brain fitness program that uses playful, natural movements to support healthy longevity of the body and mind.

Exercises can be adapted to different ability levels and may be performed seated, standing near a chair, on the floor, or standing.

The movements are designed to engage the brain while building core strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence.

Try Y Sports gives children ages 3–5 a chance to explore a variety of sports in a playful, low-pressure environment. 🏀⚽ ⚾

Kids are introduced to basic skills, simple rules, coordination, teamwork, and the fun of being active—without having to choose just one sport.
