We need to make sure we show up at the polls tomorrow. If we want improvement in D91 we need different leadership.

Tomorrow is voting day. We have 3 school board positions on the ballot; Zone 3, Zone 4, and Zone 5. The last 4 years in District 91 have not been good. Our graduation rates, test scores, and school rankings have all declined. If we keep doing the same thing, we can’t expect different results. We need a change in Zone 4 and Zone 5. Jeremy Westwood was appointed in Zone 3 and has been doing a good job.

District 91 had a bond on the upcoming Nov 8 ballot. We are trying to get out more information in regards to what is on the ballot, and why it is needed. District 91 has not added an additional school since 1991. Our district has grown through the years, and continues to grow at an even more rapid pace. It's Summer, but D91's Board of Trustees is still hard at work. The board will hold its annual budget hearing and a board business meeting on Wednesday, June 15.
