Please be mindful of water usage

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to share key takeaways from the Idaho Rural Success Summit that we attended two weeks ago with the City Council.

One of the topics discussed was the opportunity for the City to further partner with the Idaho Rural Water Association. This organization provides valuable resources, training, and technical assistance for communities, including mapping, water audits, leak detection, infrastructure improvement planning, and much more. As a Chamber, we have invited them to participate in our events and connect directly with our community.

We also shared information about grant opportunities available through Main Street America that could support improvements within our historic district, including projects related to roads and community infrastructure. The Chamber is actively exploring additional funding and grant opportunities through Main Street America and other programs that could benefit Idaho City.

We are grateful for the opportunity to attend the summit and bring back resources, partnerships, and opportunities that can help strengthen our community for years to come.
