Boise Ridge Riders

Boise Ridge Riders The Boise Ridge Riders (BRR) is a not-for-profit, incorporated club dedicated to enhancing and promoting the sport of off-road motorcycle riding.

Boise Ridge Riders host two annual events:
- Hair of the Dog, January 1st at Little Gem Cycle Park
-Idaho City 100, weekend after Memorial Day in Idaho City

The BRR meets monthly at 7pm on the second Tuesday of each month at Cobby's Sandwich Shop at 4348 Chinden Blvd Garden City, Idaho. May to June the club increases meetings to every other Tuesday at Cobby's and meet up every Saturday and Sunday

morning between 9-10am at Trudy's Kitchen in Idaho City. BRR's primary focus is to host our annual Idaho City 100, an AMA sanctioned Reliability Enduro and ISDE Qualifier. BRR is a chartered club with the AMA and Southern Idaho Desert Racing Association (SIDRA). The BRR was founded by Dick Rockrohr, Chuck Coble and others and was organized out of Cycle Nuts and Bolts in Boise, Idaho in late 1983. The club was originally formed with approximately 15 members and has now grown to 65 members currently on the roster. The club's first events were in the spring of 1984 at Bogus Basin. In the fall of 1984 BRR hosted the first Idaho City 100. The BRR considers itself caretakers of public lands. Our stewardship is demonstrated by our "on the ground" work clearing and maintaining trails. We have worked with and are currently working with other groups - horse, hikers, and mountain bikers - so that we can all share and enjoy trails on public lands. Since 1984, the BRR has also hosted an annual Hair of the Dog Hare Scrambles type event on new year's day. The BRR has hosted and currently host other events. In the past, the BRR has hosted a number of Hare Scrambles, Club Rides, and Fun Days type events. The BRR also does a number of volunteer projects for the US Forest Service (USFS) and the Idaho State Department of Lands by clearing trails, sponsoring grants, rebuilding trails, and mapping trails using GIS equipment. Currently, the BRR is working in cooperation with the USFS Idaho City Ranger District on the Boise Basin Trails Plan. The BRR is also a member of other organizations, for example, The Blue Ribbon Coalition. The BRR has donated money raised by events to the Blue Ribbon Coalition, Idaho Trail Machine Association, AMA, SIDRA and others to help reserve our right to ride on public land. We have also donated money to injured riders to help them with their medical costs. Boise Ridge Riders Links:

Attention B riders that want to ride Saturday, or Both Days, and didn't get in for 2 days on the 1st. Between the 8th and the 15th (depending on sell-out) you can select open spots for Saturday by selecting "Day 1" on the list. Read the instructions and apply the promo code to be entered for both days. (Use the Promo Code "2DAY", and you will be entered for SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) If you want to ride Saturday only, do not enter the promo code. If you want to ride Sunday only, select "Day 2" to register. As always short course is on Sunday only so you would select day 2.

📣 ENTRY RELEASE INFO – PLEASE READ 📣
✅ Tonight – April 1 at 8:00 PM MST
• 200 TWO‑DAY entries for A & B classes
✅ Next Tuesday – April 8 at 8:00 PM MST
• All remaining entries
• Includes One‑Day B class (Sat or Sun) and Short Course (Sportsman)

❓ Why are entries released this way?
• We run 3 riders per minute
• We are capped at 300 riders per day
• B riders run a B schedule, which places them behind A riders
• A class is two‑day only to keep the schedule workable
⏱️ Why two‑day riders only in the first release?
• Rows and start minutes are assigned to two‑day riders
• Those rows/minutes are locked in for both Saturday and Sunday
• We cannot re‑issue or reshuffle rows/minutes between days
👉 In the past, riders signed up for two days but only rode one, which created large gaps in the Sunday schedule.
This entry structure is designed to eliminate those gaps, keep riders flowing consistently, and make Sunday run as smoothly as Saturday.
Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the event fair, full, and on time. 👊🏁

🔥 Idaho City 100 – 2026 Registration Update 🔥
We heard you loud and clear. Many riders were frustrated last year when the long course sold out before they had a chance to sign up. For 2026, we’ve made important changes to how registration works to make it easier for riders—especially locals and one‑day competitors—to get into the long course.
👉 Full details on signup dates, B‑class one‑day options, A‑class requirements, camping updates, fee changes, and more are now posted on our website: https://boiseridgeriders.org/pre-event...
