Major Lawsuit Filed Against "Claim Shark" Trajector Medical
A massive federal class-action lawsuit was filed on April 14, 2026, against Trajector, Inc. and Trajector Medical, LLC, accusing the company of predatory practices and charging veterans illegal, exorbitant fees. The 58-page complaint alleges that Trajector operated without VA accreditation, charging our brothers and sisters anywhere from $4,500 to over $20,000 for claims assistance that is often available for free through accredited VSOs. Even more shocking, the suit claims Trajector used an automated "CallBot" to monitor the VA hotline using veterans' private data—Social Security numbers and birthdays—to automatically bill them for rate increases the company didn’t even help secure.
This legal hammer comes as states like California have officially banned these "claim shark" operations, and federal lawmakers are pushing to reinstate criminal penalties for unaccredited agencies profiting off military sacrifices. If you’ve been charged these predatory fees, you are likely already part of the "class," but it is critical to stay informed. House Joint Resolution 115, sponsored by Rep. Dave Griffith, was Third Read and Passed. The bill is now in the Senate.

“This bill will affect approximately 21,000 veterans in the State of Missouri and has the potential to bring more veterans and their families to Missouri to live, work, and contribute to their communities,” said Rep. Griffith.

Hey friends, big update on a huge event coming to Lake of the Ozarks! 🌟 The Global War on Terror Memorial Wall is coming to our area on September 11, 2026, and we're gearing up for a memorable tribute to those who made the ultimate sacrifice. As part of the Lakeside Warriors, we've been working hard for 7 months to make this event unforgettable.
The wall will be staged on the strip across from NeonTaco (Reese development parking lot) starting at 8 AM, followed by an es**rt to Hy-Vee in Osage Beach, MO at 10am. We'll have guest speakers, vendors, and more. The wall will be available 24/7 from Friday to Sunday.
A huge thank you to our generous donors who've helped make this possible, but we still need more support to cover costs. If you'd like to donate or get involved, donations can be sent directly to the curators or Venmo to the curators. We can personally pick up donations as well so please reach out to us!
We're also inviting everyone to join the es**rt with your signs, wrapped vehicles, or whatever you'd like to show your support. Military vehicles and aircraft, police, fire, bikes, jeeps, hot rods, JROTC will be presenting colors during anthem, and more will be there. Let's make this a memorable tribute. 🙏
