Our classic Independence Day traditions return! From morning activities to evening celebrations, it’s a full day of small‑town joy, community pride, and summertime memories. Bring the family, invite your friends, and enjoy everything Hysham has to offer.

Stop in at the Stockman Bank to see the beautiful quilt created by some of the Hysham Senior Quilters - Denise Hedges, Stephanie Fox, Carol Gamble, and Shirley Redland. This special quilt will be donated to a Treasure County Veteran!

What a meaningful morning in Hysham! The American Legion's Memorial Day services at the Myers Bridge and Rancher's Cemetery were truly beautiful. Grateful for everyone who came together to honor those who gave everything.

Treasure County is in for a treat!
The Treasure County 89ers and the Hysham Chamber of Commerce are thrilled to welcome Ben Larson and his Lost History of Montana Tour to the historic Yucca Theater on Sunday, May 31 at 2pm.

Ben’s storytelling and music celebrate the people, places, and legends that shaped our state — the kind of performance that leaves you smiling, remembering your roots, and proud to be a Montanan.

He’ll be joined by his full band, The Moondocks, for an afternoon of live music you won’t want to miss.
Help us fill the Yucca with friends, neighbors, and good energy.

There’s nothing quite like the Farm City Banquet to remind us why we love Hysham. ❤️

From the delicious meal prepared by Pepe to the Hysham FFA students who served us with a smile, the evening was seamless. Dean Schauer captured the spirit of our town perfectly in his speech and urged us to take care of this great community, while Preston McGregor's music provided the perfect ending.

A special highlight was honoring Lenore Welch and Ruth Baker of "The Treasured Friends." Their work with the Junque Store has made such an impact on our community, and it was an honor to present them with the Citizen of the Year award.
