I have more energy to do the things I enjoy. After I almost died of Covid-19, I got released from a 10day stay in the hospital, I don't need to tell you I was scared. The 1st 3 days I was unresponsive, I had no clue who I was or where I was. I remember one thing opening my eyes and a doctor said young lady you are very sick. Then as I got better and was released to go home, I was afraid to do anything to hurt my lungs, I was put back in the hospital 3 more times that year within 3 months. I thought for sure my life as I knew it was over. I did nothing to overexhert myself. I did not want back in the hospital. I was on 9 different medications from blood thinners to steroids anything in between. I had gained 60 pounds, just from being to afraid to do anything and make my lungs work hard at breathing so that's what I did nothing. The steroids blew my weight up and sugar levels went high. To one doctor's appointment opened my eyes. The doctor said I was pre-diabetic, if I didn't change something I was going to be on diabetic medications for life. After that I decided no way, I am not letting this happen so, I started checking into natural products, remembering my friend had given me some packages to try in my water. At that point I knew no doctor was going to help me. Well, if I wanted more chemicals into my body yea, but I got off the medication and started watching what I ate, and no sodas, no sugars, started walking and using my exercise bike again, started ordering all natural plant based products for energy, weight control, hormone balance, metabolism, gut balance, immune balance everything that the chemical medications had been taking away I tried to replace with natural gut healthy nutrition! Today after 8 months, I got rid of 73 pounds, that was weighing me down physically, mentally and emotionally drained from worry. I had lost myself somewhere between fear and chemical medications! Thanks to all natural alternative I am feeling better than I have in years, more energy to play with Layna and the pups. I eat what I want but not much of it. I sleep better at night, I don't have nearly as much joint pain and inflammation as before. My mind is clearer, my digestive system is on point, my kidney certine levels are good. My blood work is improving, blood sugar went from 7.5 down to 5.2, I will get there! Thank you Lord for putting me in touch with something that has helped me naturally! I am blessed!
