Bisexuality isn't a 50/50 split or a "still figuring it out" phase. It's attraction that isn't limited to one gender, and it looks different for every bi person. Someone's bisexuality doesn't shift depending on who they're dating or who they like.

This Bisexual Awareness Month, let's retire the myths and celebrate the truth: bi people have always been here, whole and valid, exactly as they are.

To every bisexual person in our lives — thank you for your love, your honesty, and your whole, valid self. We're lucky to be loved by you.

Our hearts are with Tucson today.

Vincent Anthony Siqueiros and Cameron Davis Capara were killed in a senseless act of hate outside Venture-N, a place that was supposed to be safe. This is not just Tucson's grief — it's a wound felt across our entire LGBTQIA+ family.

To everyone feeling scared, angry or heartbroken right now: you are not alone, and you are deeply loved. Free Mom Hugs stands with you, today and always.

Equality isn’t just a milestone from the past; it’s an ongoing promise to every woman and every person who identifies as a woman, including our trans sisters, who deserve the same rights, respect and opportunities as everyone else.

We stand for a future where all women — cis, trans and everyone in between — are seen, valued and free to be exactly who they are.

Dolly Parton spent her life reminding us that kindness costs nothing and that everyone — everyone — deserves to feel seen, valued and loved exactly as they are. Her compassion for the LGBTQIA+ community was never quiet or conditional; it was woven into who she was, on and off the stage.

Rest easy, Dolly. ✨ We’ll carry your light forward.

For too many in the South, and across the nation, an HIV diagnosis means being shut out. It's exclusion that doesn't just hurt; it costs precious lives.

Free Mom Hugs wants you to know: You are loved. You belong.

Today and every day. ❤

Today is Transgender Flag Day, a day honoring the creation and history of the transgender Pride flag. Designed by trans activist and Navy veteran Monica Helms in August 1999, it first flew publicly at the Phoenix Pride parade in 2000. Fifteen years later the original flag became part of American history with its acceptance into Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.

What isn’t history is how transgender people experience disproportionately high rates of harassment, discrimination and violence. Turn the tide. Show your support by being welcoming, respectful and a safe space.

Today and every day. 🏳️‍⚧️

🌎Today, on the International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples, we honor the resilience, wisdom and cultures of Indigenous peoples around the world.

We also want to lift up and celebrate our Two-Spirit friends — a sacred identity within many Indigenous cultures that has long embraced gender and sexuality beyond a binary, long before the term LGBTQIA+ existed. Two-Spirit people have always been part of the story of love, family and community.

At Free Mom Hugs, we’re grateful for the teachings of Indigenous communities who remind us that acceptance isn’t new. It’s ancestral.

Today and every day, we honor Indigenous peoples, their sovereignty, and their ongoing contributions to the fight for a more loving, inclusive world. 🧡

Happy Gay Uncles Day to the guncles who spoil the kids rotten, show up for every school play, and love without conditions. 💛

And to the husbands, partners, "friends" and "roommates" standing right beside them — we see you, we love you, and we're so glad you're part of the family, too.

Double the guncles, double the love. 🏳️‍🌈
