Connect students to possibilities 💼✨
Jacob’s Ladder () was proud to participate in the Non-traditional Program North (Tall Oaks) Career Fair, where we had meaningful conversations with students about education and career pathways.

We’re excited to share that many students registered, with many more coming from our target communities. Moments like these remind us how powerful access, exposure, and guidance can be in shaping future opportunities.

Special thanks to everyone who stopped by our table and to those who helped make the day a success.

Opportunities start with moments like this. The EARN kickoff was more than an event, it is just the beginning.

From meaningful conversations to new connections and referrals, the room was filled with people ready to take the next step. We’re excited to continue this journey and support individuals as they move toward employment and career growth.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and made this launch a success.
