Connect students to possibilities 💼✨
Jacob’s Ladder () was proud to participate in the Non-traditional Program North (Tall Oaks) Career Fair, where we had meaningful conversations with students about education and career pathways.

We’re excited to share that many students registered, with many more coming from our target communities. Moments like these remind us how powerful access, exposure, and guidance can be in shaping future opportunities.

This past Saturday we officially launched the EARN workforce initiative alongside our partners and community leaders. The room was filled with collaboration, vision, and a shared commitment to creating real workforce opportunities.

This first play opens the stage with raw emotion and powerful storytelling, shining light on how fun violence impacts our youth, families, and communities. Through courage, creativity, and truth, these students use art as a tool for change, proving that their voices are the movement. 💪🏾✨
