Making Montessori more accessible to the Black community.

Registration is live!

We are so excited to share the fist step in building out a robust network of Montessori educators in the Caribbean. It starts with a partnership with MTCNE and CREC to bring the first English-speaking CARICOM-focused AMI 3-6 Orientation course! The course will be led by Rhonda Sabater, a Black Caribbean AMI trainer herself, and will support those who are interested in learning what Dr. Montessori had to say about child development for children between 3-6 year’s old.

Although the course is open to anyone, anywhere, there is special tiered pricing for those in the Caribbean.

The retreat has changed. We’ve secured a new venue and as a result were able to cut the cost to attend by more than 60%!

And the new retreat is something we are even more proud of — because we are holding and creating the entire thing ourselves, which means bringing in our community and ensuring each session is held by those who truly understand this work and the intention behind this retreat.

With sessions facilitated by wonderful members of our community who we will soon announce, we are certain that you will be refilled in so many ways by Sunday afternoon, and that you’ll leave the weekend with tools to carry into your daily life and practice.

That’s what this retreat is about and why it was dreamt up. Wellness belongs to us too. It’s not a luxury or an escape for those who can afford it. It’s for all of us. It’s for those who pour into others every day. Those who give their all to this important work of liberation through education, and who bring about joy and love in children and families around the world.
