As the Purple Line moves closer to completion, Council Member Wanika Fisher and I invite you to join us for The Purple Line Information Fair on Thursday, June 11, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 6600 Kenilworth Avenue, Riverdale, MD.

This event is an opportunity for residents to connect directly with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other partners. Residents will be able to ask questions, learn about available resources, and prepare for the Purple Line's upcoming opening.

Prince George’s County (PGC) Forever Fit is a flagship health and wellness initiative run by the Prince George’s County Office of Community Relations. It is specifically designed to engage older adults (age 60 and better) through stretching, dancing, and vital health awareness.

The program offers a wide range of free community-focused events, services, and resources to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for seniors.

Our program on May 20, 2026 was lead by the awesome 😎 Gregg Amobi. He always comes to us with high energy and lots of enthusiasm in bringing his gifts and talents to Seniors in Prince George’s County. We love Gregg!
