Sharing a small piece of my day with M-NCPPC’s Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George’s County’s “Connecting with Community Organizations” event today. This event was coordinated by -Ms. Teresa Gardner-Williams, CVA
Volunteer Services, Community Partnerships and Outreach & Engagement
Public Affairs and Community Engagement Division
M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation, Prince George’s County

It was a very informative and well thought out event. Getting to meet the new Director, Mr. Darius Stanton and all the Division heads was the highlight. Now I have a face with the voice and names of folk I’ve spoken with over the past 5 years.

Visit pgparks.com to read more about, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board (Joycelyn Alexander, Director) and how you can join the Board and become involved in advocating for your park facilities, programs, upkeep, etc.
