Climate anxiety, aka Eco-anxiety, is the fear of environmental damage or ecological disaster. With the climate statistics we have been seeing, such as a 1.18 degrees Celsius rise in global temperature, it can be scary and overwhelming. And if you fee this way, you are not alone!

Here are some ways to help deal with any Eco-anxiety you may be feeling! ❤️

✨Find green spaces you enjoy going to!
✨Talk to your friends and family
✨Join an environmental club to connect with likeminded people!
✨Practice Self-Care by doing things that help you fee positive!”

Allowing yourself to be engulfed by your emotions for a short time rather than immediately trying to feel better is the healthier way of overcoming your situation!

You’ll be better able to understand exactly what you are feeling and why you are feeling that way! This will lead to a clear mind and better outcomes of pushing past whatever it is you may be going through! ❤️
