We are keeping our installation and service teams up and running so that we can continue to install new customers as well as maintain and trouble shoot the network from the headend all the way to your door.

We have set up special programs to temporarily increase your bandwidth if you need it and also provide services on an emergency, expedited basis if required.
24/7 dedicated customer service is still available to our Business Class and Metro-E clients.
Speed and bandwidth increases available. If you are experiencing a slowdown on your network, please let us know.

We are offering temporary upgrades of service to meet the sudden increase of upload demanddue to the remote work environment.
