2nd Annual Veterans Day Flag Display: Hutto Remembers.

Purchase a flag in honor of a U.S. Veteran for $5 each. All flags will have a tag to identify each Veteran. Flags will be flown in front of Hutto High School campus from 5-12 November 2024 in honor of Veterans’ Day.

All profits from the sale of flags will support Hutto High School AFJROTC programs, including scholarships and extracurricular competitions. Direct donations to the Hutto High Parent Booster Club Scholarship program are also accepted (and appreciated!).

It's football season in HippoNation! We have a great fundraising opportunity to do a joint program with the Hutto Band to rent seat-backs to spectators. We need at least 6 *ADULT* volunteers to handle both cash and credit sales. We may have some cadet help, but this is primarily a Booster Club activity.

Meet at the Hutto Stadium front entrance at 5:30pm FRIDAY, AUGUST 30. We sell through the first quarter, then you are free to enjoy the game, go home, or stay to supervise the cadet stadium post-game clean-up.

Howdy! It's time for our biggest fundraiser of the year: UT Seat-back Sales! WE NEED YOUR HELP! We need a minimum of 40 cadets and 10 adult volunteers. This week's game is UT vs. Colorado State University.

Arrive at Hutto MAIN campus bus loop by 9:00am on Saturday, August 31
Bus leaves PROMPTLY at 10:00am
11:00 orientation at Gate 25 DKR-Memorial Stadium
Seat-sales start at 12:30. We sell until 10 minutes after kickoff or we sell out, whichever comes first.
ENJOY THE GAME FOR FREE!!!!
Return to stations at the end of the game (5 minutes left on the clock)
Collect and re-stack seats.
Return to Hutto MAIN campus, roughly 7:00pm

Howdy! With the school year winding down, it's time for the cadets to celebrate their accomplishments!

SENIOR SASH NIGHT AT THE MAIN CAMPUS will be Monday, April 29 from 1800 - 2000 (6pm - 8pm) in the cafeteria.

AWARDS CEREMONY NIGHT AT THE 9TH GRADE CENTER will be Tuesday, April 30, from 1800 - 2000 (6pm – 8pm).

WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH SNACKS, DESSERTS, AND DRINKS to make these events extra special for our kids. If it is more convenient, there is an option to make donations in $5 increments directly to the Booster Club----we'll shop for you!

It's the last UT game of the regular season, and WE NEED YOUR HELP!

This week's game is UT vs. Texas Tech. The game has sold well, so we expect to be very busy. This is traditionally the hardest game for us get enough volunteers for, because it is the day after Thanksgiving. We need a minimum of 40 cadets and 15 adult volunteers. Due to the contract with UT & DKR-Memorial Stadium, we MUST have 15 adults to supervise both the CASHLESS credit card readers and the conduct of cadets.

Arrive at Hutto JROTC building by 2pm on FRIDAY, November 24
Bus leaves PROMPTLY at 2:30pm
3:30 orientation at Gate 25 DKR-Memorial Stadium
Seat-sales start at 4:30pm. We sell until 10 minutes after kickoff or we sell out, whichever comes first.
