Certifications:
I completed the 225-hour Holy Yoga instructor program in June 2015. Since then, I have continued my education with 300 hours of additional training: Trauma-Informed Yoga, Therapeutic Touch, and I am on track to complete a ten-month course in the therapeutic application of yoga in June 2016.
