Hutto Elementary PTA

10/16/2026

Our PTA parents are already going above and beyond!!! 🎃 🍬 🍪 Our incredible 4th grade parent lead provided a delicious spread of goodies for Mr. Redman’s teacher conferences this morning. What a sweet surprise!

If you’re interested in finding ways to serve your child’s grade at HES, we invite you to become a PTA member (link in our bio!) and email us at [email protected]. We’re especially still looking for a 2nd grade parent lead! 🦛

Our monsters are slowly starting to fill up... but we still need your help! 🎃👾

Thank you to everyone who has already donated! Let's keep it going so we have plenty of prizes and treats for The Great Pumpkin on Thursday, October 22 from 5:30–7:00 PM at Hutto Elementary.

🍬 Students: drop candy and small toy prizes in the monster boxes around school, now through October 22.

📦 Families: shop our Amazon wish list, and your donation ships straight to the school https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2APUK61GFEYRB/ref=hz_ls_biz_ex

Hippo Nation, we still need Grade Level Lead Parents for PreK, Kindergarten, and 2nd Grade! 🦛

Have a little one in one of these grades? Here's your chance to make a difference in your child's grade! As a Grade Level Lead, you'll:

💙 Build community by connecting families in the same grade
🎈 Organize grade-specific activities and help coordinate events just for your child's grade
🍎 Support teaching teams by working with grade-level teachers on classroom and special project needs
💬 Be the liaison who keeps communication flowing between the PTA Board, teachers, and parents

The best part? It's a flexible role. There's no fixed time commitment, you work around your own schedule, and there are no extra meetings! 🙌

Who can apply: current HES PTA members. It's ideal if you have a child in PreK, Kindergarten, or 2nd Grade as we're looking to fill those roles now.

Interested? Email us at [email protected] to get involved!
