At Hippo Social Club, wellness is a whole vibe. It’s moving your body, fueling your soul, finding your people, and inspiring each other to live a little fuller, stronger, and more connected.

We’re grateful for Tracey and the heart, hard work, and passion she brings to helping us feel stronger, healthier, and more connected. She lives the wellness values we believe in, and we’re proud to have her as part of our HSC community.

We are SO excited to tell you about our upcoming community wellness event!! 🎊

OPAL Fit Fest 2026
🗓️ Saturday, October 17th
🕕 9:00am - 12:00pm
📍 at OPAL Movement Therapy

OPAL Fit Fest is a FREE morning of movement, education, community, and fun!

You’ll have the chance to jump into mini movement sessions, participate in interactive activities, get a FREE injury screen, and learn practical strategies you can take into your own training.

And we’re making it a game! 🎟️🥳

Grab an OPAL Fit Fest Bingo Card when you arrive and complete challenges by participating in classes and activities throughout the morning. The more you participate, the more chances you have to earn entries into our raffle for some awesome prizes!

And because every good Saturday morning needs snacks, we’ll have drinks and light refreshments available throughout the event.

Come for one session or stay for the whole morning. Bring a friend, wear something you can move in, and come ready to move, learn, play, and have some fun with the OPAL team.

Whether you come alone or bring a friend, this space is for women 18-60+ and all experience levels. You don’t need to know anyone. You don’t need experience with breathwork, meditation, cold plunging or any of our wellness practices.
