Healthy beginnings matter for both mother and baby. 💚

The Simmons Empowerment Foundation Inc. is proud to sponsor Nutrition During Pregnancy, a free community workshop presented with Bell County Public Health District.

Join us as Mary Parrish, MPH, Health Educator, shares practical information to help pregnant women make informed nutrition choices during pregnancy.

Because TSEFI serves teen moms, pregnant teens and young mothers are especially encouraged to attend**. This workshop is open to pregnant women of all ages.

The Simmons Empowerment Foundation Inc. is launching the R.I.S.E. Monthly Giving Circle to help teen moms and their newborns receive consistent support through pre- and post-natal health education, job skills training, coaching, and practical resources.

In this founder message, Dr. Rhonda L. Simmons shares why monthly giving matters, why consistency is important for teen mothers and newborns, and how 34 monthly partners giving $30/month can help create over $1,000/month in recurring support.

At TSEFI, our mission is to empower teen moms through pre- and post-natal health education, job skills training, and coaching. Our vision is to establish a home for u***d teen mothers and their newborns.

She needs someone to help her understand how to care for her baby.

She needs access to practical education.

She needs job skills.

She needs coaching.

She needs to know her future is not over because motherhood came early.

That is why The Simmons Empowerment Foundation Inc. is launching The R.I.S.E. Monthly Giving Circle.

Our first goal is to welcome 34 monthly partners giving $30/month.
