Leadership Reno County Leadership Reno County seeks to mobilize everyone to do difficult work.

Leadership Reno County offers a leadership skills training experience for a cross section of community members. The skills are taught in the context of community issues and initiatives with the goal of increasing participants' level of civic engagement. Participants also gain skills that they are able to immediately use for the betterment of their employers and community organizations with which they are involved.

Congratulations to the Leadership Reno County Class of 2025!

Tonight we gathered at the Hutchinson Art Center to celebrate the end of the class and connect with alumni. We heard reflections from graduates,Devin Brown and Marilyn Fisk, and alumnus Valerie Taylor, as well as comments from LRC coordinator Phil Auxier and Alumni Committee chair Jacqui Homewood.
