One of the most meaningful parts of our foundation is seeing grant dollars turn into real comfort and care in our community. 💙

Through a recent hospice grant from the Hutchinson Area Community Foundation, Harmony River Living Center was able to purchase additional supportive equipment for residents in hospice care. This week, they received their first new style Broda chair and are already seeing the benefits of its enhanced functionality, comfort, and support during this important stage of care.

A second Broda chair has been ordered and is expected to arrive in the coming weeks. We’re grateful to support compassionate care that honors dignity, comfort, and quality of life for residents and their families.

Thanks to the Hutchinson Huskies for sharing these great photos. We love seeing updates from our grant recipients and how the projects are coming to life. The grandstand, park, and ballfield improvements look amazing. It’s exciting to see how the 2025 grants are helping create something special for the community.
