These dogs were given a second chance when they left the shelter, but they still need safe places to land while they prepare for adoption. Without foster homes, our ability to continue saving lives is limited.

Today, we pulled SIX small dogs (all under 15 pounds) from the shelter because they are currently at capacity. Because of your support, these precious lives were given a second chance.

Right now, our focus is getting them safe, comfortable, and the medical care they desperately need.

But rescue doesn't end when we pull them from the shelter.

🚨 EMERGENCY - HELP FIND THIS CAT'S OWNER 🚨
This sweet cat was brought in tonight after being found injured on 30th after possibly being hit by a vehicle. He is currently receiving emergency veterinary care, and right now we are praying he makes it through the night.
We are desperately trying to find his owner or anyone who recognizes him. Please share this post far and wide so we can reunite him with his family.

His medical care is expected to be extensive, and donations will be needed to help cover treatment costs. We will provide information on how to help as soon as possible.

Miss Stitch had her **staples removed yesterday** and she's healing beautifully! 🩺🐾💖

This brave girl has been a ⭐ patient, and we're so happy with how great she's doing! 🥰 Her recovery suit may be cute, but we're pretty sure she's excited to be one step closer to freedom! 😂💕

🐾✨ **WHERE ARE THEY NOW WEDNESDAY - RONNIE EDITION** ✨🐾

Back in June 2024, this sweet boy came to us as **Rocket**. 💔 At just a year old, he was completely shut down, blind, and facing an uncertain future after being surrendered. We put out an urgent plea for a foster, hoping someone would see beyond his challenges and give him a chance. 🙏❤️

Well... someone did. 🥹❤️

Today, Rocket is now **Ronnie**, and his life looks very different these days! 🎉🐾

You can usually find him lounging on the couch 🛋️, keeping a very close eye on the family cat 🐱❤️ (he's developed quite the little crush 😂), or hanging out with his very best friend and brother, **Sid**. 🐶🐶

These two are affectionately known as the **"Bash Brothers"** 💥 because wherever they are together, there's usually a little ruckus happening! 🤪🎾🦴

Ronnie is a gentle, lovable boy 💙 who is still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. 🌎✨ Every day he gets a little braver and tries new things, and we couldn't be prouder of him. 🥰

But one thing he's always been confident about? **Couch privileges.** 😆🛋️

If there's a couch, Ronnie will find it. If someone is already sitting there, even better! 😂 Personal space? Never heard of it! 🤷‍♂️🐾 He'll happily climb right up and make himself at home, soaking up all the love and snuggles he can get. ❤️🤗

This goofy, sweet boy 🤪💙 has blossomed into a treasured member of his family, and stories like his remind us exactly why rescue matters. 🐾✨ The scared dog who once needed someone to believe in him is now living the life every dog deserves: surrounded by love, friendship, comfort, and plenty of couch space. 🏡❤️

We are so thankful Ronnie's family said **"yes"** to fostering... and then made him a permanent part of their hearts. 🥹💕 Former foster failures are our favorite kind of success stories! 🎉🐾
