🐾❀️ **Meet Chipper! ❀️🐾**

Chipper is approximately **3 years old** and was rescued from a hoarding situation where she was living in a trailer with **23 other dogs** surrounded by f***s, urine, and fleas. The severe flea infestation caused significant hair loss, and she arrived underweight and in need of love, care, and a fresh start.

Today, Chipper is safe and discovering what it means to be cherished. πŸ₯° Her favorite thing? **Cuddling!** This precious girl is a total snuggle bug who simply wants to be close to her people.
