This year is 10 years since we started Dream Big Youth ! We met every Tuesday for 2 years - September 2016 through End of 2018 . Although , we actively held group discussions and events for only 2 years , I think we all gained so much value from “suiting up and showing up” because we were all ready and in need of some emotional and moral support !! If you happen to see this post , say if you would be interested in doing a 10 year reunion . Thanks everybody 🧡😉🌻🌞!!!

This time of year I think it’s good to talk openly about about depression and su***de prevention with our kids , but not only with kids ..... we all are more vulnerable during these months ♥️🙏🏽♥️🙏🏽
