This week we hosted all the 4th & 5th grade students from Washington Elementary and Holy Trinity for our PF Pollinating Project. It was our 14th year doing this outing. Special thank you to the Huron FFA students, HYLA students, NHS students and our PF Chapter members who helped make this event a success.

We had 4 teams compete at our first trivia night last Thursday! It was fun & entertaining! Jake will work on some of his pop culture questions, but we hope to keep this going! Thank you for supporting us!

On behalf of our chapter, member Marc Fenske presented a $3000 check to Beadle County 4H Shooting Sports. This money will help buy targets and BB g u n s, and also help with registration fees for participants. Getting the youth involved is always something we like to see!

How cool is this! Our chapter has come a long ways & still going strong! We appreciate our board members, our contributors, all the donations, & people assisting with projects!

We have more to come & want to plan more events! So stay tuned!

Business of the Week: Heartland Region Pheasants Forever! 🌾

This chapter, active since the early 1990s, works to conserve wildlife, improve habitat, and educate youth in our community. They support local events like the Youth Tower Shoot, host the Annual Banquet to fund conservation projects, run the long-standing Pollinating Plots program with local 4th graders, and recently helped acquire land in Beadle County for public hunting access.
