“Head, Heart, Hands, and Health”! October 4-10 is National 4H Week! For over 100 years, 4H has been shaping the lives of young people and by helping them see the important role they play in their community. Photo: One of the aspects of 4H programs is that they provide members opportunities to learn new skills through hands-on-learning and participation and then allows them to put those skills into use. Our team is always proud to back the Ironwood-Hurley Rotary Club and their annual Rose Sale! Every year, this wonderful group steps up to support our camp program, so we are thrilled to help spread the word and promote their fundraiser in return.

Iron County 4-H Woodworking Meetings Start Nov 14 at Saint Maud’s! Youth ages 12+ are invited to build hands-on woodworking skills and create exciting projects for the 4-H Fair!

🪚 Where: Saint Mauds, Pence WI
🪚 When: Saturdays, starting Nov 14 (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
🪚 Special Try-It-Out Session: New participants can come at 12:00 PM on Nov 14 to try out the tools!

⚠️ Note: Open to active members of Iron County Green Team, Penokee Range Livestock Club, or Adventurers of the North 4-H Club. Only 10 spots available!

Join us in warming hearts, bodies, and souls this winter by participating in our month long Warm Clothing Drive! ❄️

Now thru the end of October, donate new (or like-new) coats, gloves, hats, snow pants, boots, and other cozy essentials at any Zeal Credit Union - Northern MI Region branch location!

*Youth sizes are in especially high demand!*

All donations will benefit local children and families in need via our partners at DOVE, GOCAA Head Start, and several local school districts. 🧡
