Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing Scout moms! 💙⚜️ Thank you for every patch sewn, stinky bag of camp laundry washed, every fundraiser worked, and every word of encouragement along the trail. Scouting wouldn’t be possible without the love, support, and dedication you give so freely.

Today we celebrate the moms, grandmothers, stepmoms, and mother figures who help shape our Scouts into strong leaders and great young men. Your impact reaches far beyond the troop. We hope your day is filled with the same joy and appreciation you bring to others all year long. Happy Mother’s Day from all of us in Troop 98!

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported our Pancake Supper fundraiser last night! 🥞⚜️

We truly appreciate every person who donated, volunteered, shared our event, and spent part of their evening with us. While the turnout wasn’t quite as large as we had hoped, we still consider the evening a success because of the valuable experience we gained. Our Scouts learned a lot about planning, serving others, teamwork, and what it takes to host a community event. Every experience helps us grow stronger and better prepared for the future.

We are grateful for the encouragement and support from our community, and we hope to take what we learned and make our next pancake supper even better. Thank you for believing in our Scouts and supporting their adventures and leadership journey!

Another great year at the annual Josey Scout Lodge Banquet, celebrating the Huntsville Scouting community. We are very proud of the two Scouts from our unit who were finalists for this year’s award, but want to send a big “Congratulations” to the Outstanding Scouts chosen! Two very wonderful young people, very deserving of the honor.
