Theta Theta Sigma Rhoer Club

The Theta Theta Sigma Rhoer Club is a youth affiliate of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. The group is a mentoring group for girls ages 12-18.

Rhoer Clubs were originally founded in 1939 at the 14th International Boule of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority. Rhoers are high school aged girls who participate in many of the activities of the sorority as well as special youth development programs. Rhoer Clubs offer girls the opportunity to build their self esteem, learn about their heritage and develop the skills needed to be personally and academical

ly successful. Leadership, Community Service and Scholarship are the hallmarks of the activity of the Rhoer Club.

We connected with the Decatur/Athens Kappa League to feed a family today. Feeling grateful to be able to serve our community.

On November 21st, we stood in solidarity with kids who aren’t fortunate enough to have homes or beds to sleep in. We gave up our beds for the evening to bring awareness to youth homelessness.

Today we welcomed four new members into our Rhoer Club! Our beautiful young ladies made a commitment to scholarship, sisterhood, and service. Congrats ladies! 💙💛🦋🌼
